Now that spring was here, it was time to view Janesville Rotary Botanical Gardens in Spring.  We last saw it during their Holiday Light Show in December 2015. View that below.

Spring is just as pretty here, the redbud trees were in bloom and the smell of all the flowers was wonderful! Tulips were also looking pretty, they grow many varieties.

Also bleeding hearts across the pond on the other side.

Our stay was cut short by approaching rain.

Spring Has Arrived in Madison!

Garden 3-29-13

I heard my husband shouting, “Come outside, I have something to show you!”

I came out and saw this, our garden is waking up from it’s long winter sleep.  This is the first to emerge.  The rhubarb is not yet visible. The north side of the yard is still covered with snow, but after it melts, I await our  yellow tulips.
